Ryan Bunting is one of those people who can piss you off if you're not careful. (Yes, I know what I just said.) He's a moderately carefree individual, which is a good thing, but because of that, he occasionally says stuff that may seem otherwise outlandish. If he does this, don't panic. The only really valid reason to panic is when you're defending Russia and he's got 20 German tanks in Karelia, Caucasus, and Ukraine combined, then gets long-range aircraft. Then panic. (Not that he needs more than about half that strength, probably, as he is very good at playing A&A as Deutschland.)
